ADT I – Life Foundations is a 21 week interactive course which lays the Biblical foundation for the Exchanged Life discipleship model based upon Galatians 2:20. ADT I meets on Tuesday evenings.

This unit follows the book, Living in Jesus in content and progression. The ADT I – Life Foundations program consists of lectures, recommended reading, video and audiotapes, an open book exam, and a paper expressing one’s personal growth and experience of the Exchanged Life. The student will be asked to complete periodic reports reflecting his or her progress through the material. In addition, each student will personally go through the process of discovering his or her history to discover how they developed false beliefs and the resulting flesh patterns. A CFT Staff Equipper will guide each person through this process individually.
