To schedule an appointment for discipleship counseling, call our office. Our front office director will answer any questions you may have, take down a little information from you and locate an available appointment time that will work for you. If you reach our voice-mail, leave a message telling us your name and a phone number where you can be reached. We will call you back in a timely manner. Messages left on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be returned on the following Monday.

After scheduling an appointment, our receptionist will send you a link to fill out some intake forms online. Please make sure that you completely fill out the intake forms and digitally sign and submit. If you have any problems, call us at 770-502-8050.
