For three years Greg Brezina was a successful linebacker with the Atlanta Falcons, but at home he was a failure. Two weeks after reaching rock bottom in his marriage, Greg received Christ at a NFL Chapel Service, and God began restoring his relationship with his wife, Connie.
As a result of their restoration process, the Brezinas spent the next nine off-seasons of Greg’s football career serving families, even bringing some of them into their home to help them understand how families are to function biblically. Upon retiring from pro football in 1980, Greg and Connie founded Christian Families Today (CFT), an interdenominational non-profit organization.
Christian Families Today is an interdenominational, Christian ministry and functions as a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization under the direction of a board of directors. Christian Families Today operates financially from the charitable contributions of individuals, businesses, churches, and foundations who believe in us and our objectives. CFT coaches and counselors raise their own financial support, enabling CFT to serve those in need on a donation only basis. Donations to Christian Families Today are tax deductible.
Christian Families Today is a member of Network 220 (named after Galatians 2:20), an international network of churches and counseling and/or training ministries. For more information about Network 220 visit their web site at www.network220.org.
